We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all permanent QR code purchases.
If you're not completely satisfied with your permanent QR code within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- This guarantee applies to:
- The $1.49 USD one-time payment for permanent QR codes
- Any issues with QR code generation, customization, or functionality
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at: support@qrnoexpiration.com
- Include your account email address
- Include your transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process all refunds within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions
Please note the following refund limitations:
- Refunds are not available after 7 days from the original purchase date
- Only one refund per customer account is permitted
- Refunds are not available for free QR codes or expired trial codes
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect fraud or abuse
If you have technical issues with your QR code, please contact us first — we may be able to resolve the problem without a refund.
5. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles:
- Payment collection and processing
- Tax calculation and remittance
- Customer data protection and PCI compliance
Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
If you have questions about a specific transaction, please include your Paddle transaction ID in your refund request email.
